Solving The Problem

1. Opportunity: Innovation academy students not being able to change their majors because it limits majors because of the spring summer schedule. 
2. Solution: A possible solution to this opportunity is for the university to set up a program in which all people are open to the innovation academy minor allowing for all people to be traditional, however they can still continue with the innovation minor if they want to. In Fact, according to the interviews many people enjoy innovation academy they just feel that it is not fair how it limits majors and how students are not treated the same by advisors when it comes to changing their majors compared to non-innovation academy students.
