1.In the next 5 years I do not intend to sell my business for a large return. I do plan to stay with my business until I retire. I will only pass the business down to my children if they feel comfortable and are mature enough to handle it.
I have selected this particular exit strategy because I want to wait for my business to really skyrocket before getting a large return on it. I also do not want to put pressure on my children as well.
